Veg Biryani Recipe


Ingredients:
Long Basmati Rice     One cup 
Cardamom (Alaichi) seeds       One tablespoon
Garlic cloves (Lehson)            Two
Cloves (Laung) two
Vegetable Bouillon (Yakhni) Two Cup
Cumin Seeds (zeera)               One teaspoon
Turmeric (Haldi)                        Half teaspoon
Onion One finely chopped
Coriander (Dhaniya) One teaspoon grounded
Red Chili Powder Half teaspoon
Cabbage Half
Lemon Juice Two tablespoon
Potato  One big chopped into pieces
Carrot  Two finely chopped
Peas (Mattar)  50 grams
Green coriander (hara dhaniya)     Two tablespoon
Mint leaves (Podina) Two tablespoon
Salt As per your taste
Black pepper  As per your taste
Oil Four tablespoon



How to Make (Veg Biryani Recipe):

Take a large stewpot and put  vegetable bouillon, cloves, cinnamon (darchini) and rice, cover it and keep I for boiling.

Boil until the rice has completely absorbed the bouillon. Now, mix garlic, onion, cumin,  coriander, turmeric, red chili powder and salt in a blender with little bit of water. Put this mixture in a separate  stewpot and cook it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes put oil, all the vegetables and six tablespoon water and further cook it for 12 minutes.  Once this mixture is cooked, then sauté  it nicely, add rice and sprinkle lemon juice over it. And then cover it and keep it for steaming (DUM). Rice and vegetables will be well cooked till here. Now last but not the least serve  veg biryani in a dish and garnish it with Green coriander and Mint leaves. Delicious Veg Biryani recipe is ready.
